Refund & Returns Policy

At Balloondeco, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Change of Mind Returns We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on balloon products, as they are perishable and time-sensitive items. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at terry@balloondeco.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Items If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange the correct item to be sent or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if requested before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items Due to the nature of balloon products, we are unable to accept returns on inflated or used balloons.
